1. General Overview
Roamei is committed to clear and fair refund terms for our prepaid eSIM services. By purchasing our Services, you agree to this Refund Policy.
2. Refund Eligibility
Non-Activated eSIMs and Data Plans
- If you have not downloaded, installed, or activated the eSIM, you may request a refund in the form of an account credit within 72 hours of purchase.
- These credits are non-transferable and can only be redeemed toward future Roamei eSIM purchases.
Activated or Used Data Plans
- Once an eSIM is downloaded and the associated Data Plan is activated, no refunds or credits will be granted, regardless of usage amount, including minimal use.
3. Exceptions
- In rare cases where Roamei or our network partners cannot provide the purchased Service, you may be eligible for refunds at our sole discretion.
4. Credit and Refund Request Process
- Submit requests to support@roamei.com with order details and reason for the request.
- Requests will be reviewed within 5 business days.
- Approved account credits will be applied promptly to your Roamei account for future use.
- Monetary refunds are only issued exceptionally and processed within 30 calendar days.
5. Non-Refundable Items
- Activated or partially used plans
- Expired Data Plans
- Taxes, fees, promotions, or referral credits
- Subscriptions for periods already commenced
